We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Lead Clinical Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient operation of our clinical areas, maintaining high standards of patient care, and supporting the orthodontic team in delivering exceptional treatment experiences.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Clinical Leadership:

Oversee and coordinate daily clinical operations across all locations, ensuring smooth patient flow and adherence to treatment protocols.

Patient Care:

Assist orthodontists during procedures, including bracket placements, wire adjustments, and appliance fittings.

Team Training:

Mentor and train new clinical staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

Infection Control:

Maintain strict adherence to OSHA and CDC guidelines for sterilization and infection control.

Patient Education:

Provide patients and families with clear instructions on treatment plans, oral hygiene, and appliance care.

Equipment Management:

Ensure all clinical equipment is properly maintained and ready for use.

Administrative Support:

Assist with scheduling, patient records, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
Experience:

Minimum of 2 years in an orthodontic or dental assisting role.

Certification:

Valid RDA license and X-ray certification required. CPR certification preferred.

Skills:

Proficiency in orthodontic procedures, digital imaging, and patient management software.

Personal Traits:

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
