• We are seeking an Expanded Function Dental Assistant to join our experienced team. The ideal candidate will assist the dental team in providing high-quality dental care to patients. We are looking for either a full or part time candidate. We do offer additional compensation for our Saturday (7:30
• 2pm ) shift. $1000 hiring bonus after 6 months of employment for full time applicants. Responsibilities
• focus would be on restoration placement
• Set up and breakdown operatory post-treatment
• Take and document patient dental history and updates, as well as overall health and medication history
• Prepare materials for impressions and restorations
• Perform 3D scanning of teeth
• Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked operatory Experience
• Prior experience in dental assisting required
• Knowledge of Dentrix software is a plus
• Understanding of anatomy and vital signs
• Proficiency in using a 3D scanner for dental procedures
• Experience with four-handed dentistry techniques
• Ability to handle medical documentation accurately and maintain HIPAA compliance
• Strong assisting skills and willingness to learn new techniques
