We are seeking a motivated and personable Treatment Plan Coordinator who can confidently present treatment, build trust with patients, and close cases by collecting payment and securing financial arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
Present treatment plans clearly and effectively to patients Confidently close treatment plans and collect deposits/payment Review procedures, timelines, and financial obligations Assist patients with third-party financing applications (e.g., CareCredit) Follow up on unscheduled treatment and pending cases Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams for seamless care Answer calls and assist with front office duties as needed
Ideal Candidate:
Has prior experience in a dental or medical office setting Is comfortable discussing large treatment plans and handling financial conversations Understands dental financing and insurance basics Can confidently guide patients toward starting treatment Has strong communication, organizational, and follow-through skills
