Responsibilities Include:

Contacting and scheduling overdue hygiene patients across multiple locations Reaching out to patients with unaccepted treatment plans to schedule consultations Performing post-operative follow-up calls to ensure patient satisfaction and healing Conducting reminder calls for scheduled appointments ⸻

Ideal Candidate:

5-10 years of experience in a dental setting (Dental Assistant, Dental Hygienist, or Front Desk/Dental Receptionist background preferred) Clear, friendly, and persuasive phone voice Strong communication and relationship-building skills Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable with basic scheduling software Especially ideal for a Dental Assistant or Dental Hygienist who wants to move into a non-clinical role ⸻

Position Details:

Full-time, in-office at our Biscayne headquarters

Hours:

10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday through

Friday Salary:

$45,000 annually, plus commissions and bonuses based on results
