Job Description:

Interim Healthcare Staffing is seeking a dedicated andexperienced Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. As a DentalHygienist at Interim Healthcare Staffing, you will work closelywith our dentists to provide top-notch dental care to our valuedpatients. You will play a key role in promoting oral health bycompleting dental prophylaxis, educating patients, and providingother preventive dental care. Hourly rates range from $66-$70 depending on experience!-

REQUIRED

Must be a licensed dental hygienist in the state ofMinnesota. Must be able to perform all duties within the scope of practiceestablished by regulations and rules of the State of Minnesota andthe Minnesota Board of Dentistry that the dentist(s) delegates. -For newly established functions, you must complete applicablecredentialing or certification requirements in a reasonable timeafter appropriate training is available. Proven ability to perform as a part of a team composed ofdentists, dental hygienists, dental assistants, and clericalstaff.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Must have good visual acuity and hand-eye coordination. Ability to perform repetitive motions with hands and arms. Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time (60 minutesor longer). Proficiency in English is required. Proficiency in otherlanguages may be required.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Able to perform all duties in accordance with the MinnesotaBoard of Dentistry rules and regulations. Responsible for knowledge and performance of clinical emergencyprocedures. Responsible for implementing policies, procedures, andtreatment guidelines. Responsible for schedule management and schedule flow of one’spatient schedules to assure efficient clinic schedules. Responsible for the maintenance of patient-care-relatedequipment, supplies and processes. Uses appropriate systems, automated or manual, to record andmaintain accurate patient records and other information. Responsible for maintenance of recall process. – Able to workwith clerical staff to maintain a recall system. Perform other related duties as directed by the Dental Lead orClinic Management Team.
