Responsibilities:

Our Hygienists areresponsible for delivering direct dental care and associatedservices to patients under the general supervision of a dentist andfor providing general support to the office.

• Deliver quality andcompassionate care to every patient
• Deliver direct patient careto patients, including scaling and prophylaxis, x-rays, applicationof sealants and fluoride, and related procedures, under the generalsupervision of a dentist
• Provide excellent customer service bylooking for opportunities to offer Same Day Care
• Educate patientsand parents in oral hygiene instruction
• Assess the dentalcondition and needs of patients and review patients’ medicalhistory
• Responsible for adhering to all government regulationsand company standards
• Guide parents and patients through ourentire treatment process
• Assist with dental and perio charting;when necessary
• Take x-rays and save into patient charts, whennecessary
• Provide memorable patient experiences by showingcompassion for our patients and parents

Qualifications:

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in goodstanding
• CPR (BLS) from the ARC or AHA, including hands-on skillassessment (required upon hire) We value teamwork, mutual respectand cooperation.
