What We’re Looking For:

A PDE certified Dental Hygienist with a passion for working with students.
A dedicated professional who embraces new ideas, technology, and strategies for teaching in a dynamic, evolving environment.
The Dental Hygienist The certified Dental Hygienist plans, implements, and evaluates the mandated School Dental Services as defined by the Pennsylvania School Code and initiates dental problem follow-up, counseling, and referrals to ensure comprehensive student dental care. If you are committed to inspiring students, fostering academic excellence, and guiding them toward success both in school and beyond, we want to hear from you!

Qualifications:

Educational Specialist I or II – Dental Hygienist
Must be licensed by the State Dental Counsel
Passion for working with students of all abilities and backgrounds.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to create a positive, inclusive, and adaptive student environment.

SALARY:

(2025 -2026 1.0 salary scale, will be pro-rated to .2FTE accordingly)

Bachelor’s:

$60,229 (starting step)
Bachelor’s +15: $63,064 (starting step)

Master’s Degree:

$65,237 (starting step)
Master’s + 15: $70,372 (starting step)
Master’s + 30: $72,578 (starting step)
Master’s + 45: $75,635 (starting step)
Master’s +60: $78,926 (starting step)

Doctorate:

$86,677 (starting step)
