MinimumQualifications Current dental hygienist license in South Carolinaand an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (whererequired) Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygieneprocedures, dental patient screening and medical historydocumentation CPR Certification Preferred Experience New graduatesand seasoned hygienists are both welcome! Experience usingVelscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays andelectronic medical graduatesrecord systems Desire to continuelearning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients andprovide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’dental health Clinical needs as required by office PhysicalRequirements Ability to perform essential duties as deemednecessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or withoutreasonable accommodation.
