This role is essential to our in-house dental laboratory, where precision, craftsmanship, and technology come together to support top-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of dental prosthetics, materials, and modern lab workflows, including CAD/CAM integration. Responsibilities Design and fabricate dental prosthetics such as Crowns, Veneers, Bridges, and Dentures using CAD software. Operate and maintain advanced CAM equipment, including our new Ceramill Motion 3 milling system, for high-precision restoration production. Review cases for accuracy and quality, ensuring all appliances meet the exact specifications provided by the dental team. Collaborate with dentists and assistants to ensure successful case outcomes and implement adjustments when needed. Uphold safety, quality control, and infection prevention protocols in the lab. Stay current on emerging dental lab technologies and techniques. Qualifications Previous experience as a Dental Lab Technician or similar role is preferred. Strong knowledge of dental materials, design, and fabrication processes. Proficiency in CAD design software; experience with CAM systems like Ceramill Motion 3 is a plus. Detail-oriented with a commitment to precision and quality. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Why Join Us?
