We are currently seeking an experienced technician to join our dedicated and detail-oriented team. Position Overview As a Stain/Glaze Technician, you will be responsible for the final shaping, smoothing, staining, and glazing of zirconia dental restorations to ensure optimal fit, function, and esthetics. This role requires a strong eye for detail, steady hands, and a solid understanding of dental anatomy and restorative materials. Key Responsibilities Hand-finish zirconia crowns, bridges, and implant restorations using rotary tools and other lab equipment. Perform contouring, smoothing, and polishing to achieve lifelike esthetics and accurate occlusion. Apply staining and glazing materials as needed. Inspect each case for quality, accuracy, and adherence to specifications. Collaborate with designers and ceramists to ensure seamless production flow. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Requirements Strong knowledge of dental anatomy, occlusion, and esthetic principles. Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail. Familiarity with lab tools such as handpieces, staining/glazing kits, and polishing systems. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Experience with digital workflows (CAD/CAM systems). Knowledge of implant-supported zirconia restorations. Team-oriented with good communication skills. 2+ years of experience finishing zirconia restorations in a dental lab environment.
