Full-Time, Monday-Friday Are you an experienced Model Technician looking to join a busy, modern dental lab where quality and teamwork matter? We’re a high-volume fixed dental laboratory in Charlotte, NC, processing 40-75 units daily—and we’re looking for a skilled technician to support our model department and digital workflow.

Responsibilities include:

Scanning dental impressions to create accurate STL files using lab scanners. Managing the 3D printing process, including file preparation, printer setup, and equipment oversight. Pouring, mounting, and articulating stone models with attention to detail and proper occlusion. Reviewing both digital and physical models for quality assurance before moving them forward. Collaborating with technicians across departments to maintain efficiency and turnaround times. Cleaning and maintaining lab equipment and printers to ensure long-term reliability.

Qualifications:

Prior experience working in a dental lab, particularly in the model or digital department. Familiarity with scanning equipment, 3D printing, and digital workflows preferred. Strong attention to detail and technical skills in model fabrication. Reliable, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Effective communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Able to stand for extended periods and handle lab materials safely.

Compensation and Benefits:
