- sourcing and hiring Dental Lab Technicians.
- This is a remote recruiting position that can be based anywhere in the United States.
- Experience recruiting for or working in the denture lab industry is essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
+ Partners closely with managers to assess needs and develop a recruiting plan. + Opens requisitions and posts job openings. + Sources Dental Lab Technicians using a variety of recruiting and sourcing tools/methods and Social Media channels. + Screens, qualifies, and makes recommendations for interviews. + Manages the candidate selection/interview process. + Manages the negotiation, closing, and onboarding elements of candidate/new start relations.
Requirements:

- Dental Lab Technician / denture / removable industry experience required.

Education Level:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred. + Experience with full cycle recruitment, in a strategic, fast-paced setting. + Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a fast paced environment. + Demonstrate technical proficiency with recruiting systems and Excel.
