This position plays a critical role in the early stages of dental restoration, helping bring smiles to life by turning impressions into precise working models. If you’re hands-on, like working with tools and materials, and enjoy being part of a fast-paced, collaborative team — you’ll fit right in. Key Responsibilities Pour plaster or stone into dental impressions to create accurate models Trim, section, and prepare models according to lab standards Work with other technicians and departments to ensure smooth workflow Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and equipment Learn new techniques and procedures through on-the-job training Don’t Know How? We’ll Teach You. You do not need dental lab experience to apply.
