What we are looking for:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sterilization Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and sterile environment for both patients and staff. This position requires a strong understanding of infection control practices, as well as some experience sterilization safety protocols. Familiarity with the dental field is a plus but not a requirement. A healthy work ethic and is self- motivated personality is required. Ideally, this candidate would have the drive to become a dental assistant and a strong team member for a long term position. Duties Perform sterilization of dental instruments and equipment following strict infection control protocols. Assist cleaning rooms after procedure and setting up for upcoming procedures. Stocking materials and keeping inventory. Maintain clean spaces including the floors, kitchen and restrooms as needed. Maintain Daily, weekly and monthly maintenance of equipment. Conduct routine checks on sterilization equipment to ensure optimal functionality. Collaborate with the dental team to uphold high standards of patient care, safety and cleanliness. Stay updated on best practices in infection control and participate in ongoing training. Maintain lab and lab duties that will include but not be limited to the pouring up of models, sending and receiving lab cases, organizing and stocking. Qualifications Previous experience in a dental clinic or similar healthcare environment is preferred. Knowledge of infection control procedures relevant to dentistry. The ability to learn new skills and grow with the team Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. CRP Certified Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective and positive interaction with team members and patients. Upon hire an
