Full Job Description Overview:

We are hiring a highly experienced Crown and Bridge Designer with at least 5 years of CAD/CAM dental experience , including advanced skills in Planmeca , CEREC , and the Planmeca Creo® C5 3D printer . The ideal candidate is also proficient in designing flexible partials and removable prosthetics , ensuring comprehensive support for both fixed and removable restorative needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Design crowns, bridges, inlays/onlays, and fixed prosthetics using CAD software Operate Planmeca Romexis , CEREC , and related systems for full digital workflows Manage 3D printing production using the Planmeca Creo® C5 , including file preparation, post-processing, and maintenance Collaborate with clinicians and lab technicians to meet fit, function, and esthetic standards Follow digital protocols for same-day or expedited case turnaround Maintain digital equipment and ensure software updates and calibrations are current Manage case turnaround times efficiently and independently

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of dental CAD/CAM experience Advanced proficiency in Planmeca , CEREC , and 3D printing workflows Hands-on experience with the Planmeca Creo® C5 dental printer Strong knowledge of dental anatomy, occlusion, and materials Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to meet deadlines independently

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with zirconia, composite, and hybrid materials Experience in both clinical and lab environments Comfortable with digital impression systems and chairside CAD workflows
