What We’re Looking For:

DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school Active Connecticut Dental License in good standing Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in general dentistry Proficiency in a wide range of procedures (e.g. restorative, cosmetic, crowns/bridges, etc.) Strong patient communication and interpersonal skills A business-minded dentist with genuine interest in ownership/partnership Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care This position is ideal for a dentist who is: Entrepreneurial, yet team-oriented Looking for more than just a job — seeking a future Eager to contribute to and grow with a successful private practice
