Associate Dentist Opportunity in Plainville, CT – Join Our Team!

About the Practice
Established:
Serving the community since 1971
Patient Mix:
50% PPO, 50% Fee-for-Service
Schedule:
Full-time, Tuesday – Friday
Active Patients:
4,500
Technology:
Cone beam, iTero, Invisalign provider, and in-house Periodontist
Facilities:
Spacious office with six doctor chairs, six hygiene chairs, and dedicated lab and sterilization rooms
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Salary:
$150,000 – $180,000 annually, with a strong minimum guarantee and percentage of collections
CE Allowance:
Generous support for continuing education
Benefits Package:
Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) eligibility, malpractice insurance, and additional voluntary benefits•Benefits subject to change and eligibility requirements
Qualifications
Education:
DDS or DMD degree with an active Connecticut license in good standing
Experience:
3-5 years of clinical experience preferred; general dentistry residency completion is a plus
Skills:
Proficiency in all aspects of general dentistry, strong diagnostic and treatment abilities, and a focus on preventive care
Growth-Oriented:
A desire to keep learning and improving in a supportive environment
