Your Role as a Pediatric Dentist Perform preventive, restorative, and emergency care for children and adolescents Develop individualized treatment plans with a focus on gentle, effective, and educational care Foster long-term relationships with families by creating positive dental experiences Coordinate patient care with our orthodontic and general dental team Use state-of-the-art tools, including digital radiography and pediatric-friendly dental software What We’re Looking For DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school Completion of a pediatric dental residency program Active (or eligible) dental license in the state of Connecticut Board Certification (or board eligibility) through the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry (preferred) Strong communication skills, a team-first attitude, and a passion for working with children Location Rosenberg Orthodontics
