THREE DAY WEEKENDS, EVERY WEEKEND!
We are closed every weekend and all major holidays. We offer 401K, dental, vision, health, and life insurance plans. Our Tallahassee location is a privately owned office with state-of-the-art technology. We are looking for a tenured general dentist passionate about dentistry who puts patient needs first and has a compassionate disposition. The general dentist will have access to an average of 300-400 new patients a month. This location is comprised of FFS and PPO patients ONLY, with no Medicaid/Medicare acceptance. The compensation package is based off PRODUCTION and there is no deduction for the doctor’s lab bills. The average full time doctor produces $100k monthly, and easily brings home over $300,000 a year. Student loan reimbursement is also available!!!
General Dentist Responsibilities & Duties:
Fixing or removing damaged teeth Filling cavities Performing exams and evaluating x-rays to determine a patient’s health Developing treatment plans to deal with any dental health issues Administering or prescribing medications to decrease pain and improve patient health Interacting with patients and instruct them on proper oral care Measuring and fitting dental appliances Referring patients to a specialist if needed General Dentist Skills & Requirements Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from a dental program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation A state of Florida license to practice dentistry Patience when dealing with patients Ability to communicate with patients regarding their health and care Good attention to detail Able to work with hands in small spaces Good problem-solving skills 2+ years experience working in a General Dentistry office
