Surgeon owned and led practice in Jacksonville, FL is seeking toadd a BE/BC Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to its team. Consult with patients to determine needs and treatmentgoals. Perform surgical procedures to extract impacted or damagedteeth, place dental implants, and remove tumors and other abnormalgrowths of the oral and/or facial regions. Utilize a patient centric approach. Operate with referral doctor centric mindset. Understanding of the importance of referral base and how toexpand/grow it. Ability to utilize a digital workflow or willingness tolearn. Understanding of full arch protocols or willingness tolearn. Implant oriented and desire to learn how to do them at thehighest level.
