This can be a pediatric dentist or a general dentist that loves treating kids. .The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their treatment. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. A full time pediatric dentist can expect to earn between 300K and 400K per year. A full time general dentist can expect to earn between 200K and 300K per year. The office has lots of active patients and new patients every month! They are offering a very competitive guarantee and percentage, as well as benefits, retirement plan and CE. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Perform a variety of dental procedures including examinations, fillings, extractions, and preventive care. Utilize medical imaging techniques to diagnose dental conditions accurately. Maintain infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff. Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants in providing four-handed dentistry for efficient patient care. Document patient records accurately using Dentrix or Eaglesoft software. Educate patients on oral health practices and the importance of regular dental visits. Stay updated on the latest advancements in dental technology and techniques. Experience Candidates should possess the following skills: Proficiency in dental fabrication and knowledge of dental terminology. Experience with infection control procedures in a clinical setting. Familiarity with medical imaging equipment and techniques relevant to dentistry. Previous experience working in a dental clinic is preferred but not mandatory.
