Dentist South Dental Miami, FL 33131 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in general dentistry and be committed to providing exceptional patient care. This role involves working with a diverse patient population, including children and adults, and requires proficiency in various dental procedures. Our practice values teamwork, professionalism, and a patient-centered approach. Duties Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients of all ages. Perform a variety of dental procedures including general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, and prosthodontics. Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency and patient comfort during procedures. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation using dental terminology and Dentrix software. Develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs while educating patients on oral health practices. Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations within the dental office. Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry to provide the highest level of care. Qualifications Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. Valid state dental license to practice dentistry. Experience in general dentistry is required; experience in pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, or prosthodontics is a plus. Strong understanding of dental terminology and medical records management. Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care and education. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
