JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for a highly-trained, motivated, part-time associate (3 days) with great communication skills to help us address the demand in our community. We provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages, with a focus on restorative, oral surgery, implants, and prosthodontics, as 70% of our patients are of retirement age. Our associates can expect, on average, to treat 10-15 patients a day. For this reason, we require someone who is efficient and energetic, but also gentle and comforting with our patients.

Next Dental Associate Requirements:

Competency with Implant placement and Endodontics is

REQUIRED

Competency with surgery, restorative, and prosthodontics. Highly self motivated with a strong desire to succeed Patient oriented Organized, productive, and proactive Reliable Experience with Dentrix Dental Software Competence with electronic dental records and digital radiographs MUST be a team player Dental Doctorate (DDS or DMD) from an accredited school Must be licensed to practice in the state of Florida Current malpractice policy Active DEA license NPI number Essential Objectives & Responsibilities Assume quality of care for patients with a wide spectrum of oral health problems Adhere to the highest standard of dental practice ethics and professionalism Possess ample knowledge of procedures and able to provide oral health education and counseling to all patients Perform the diagnosis and surgical treatments of diseases, injuries, and defects involving both the functional and aesthetic aspects of the mouth

Next Dental Compensation:

Next Dental Associates receive a competitive compensation structure Daily Minimum guarantee $1000 per day (rate of $250k per yr)
