Associate General Dentist MonteSol Medical Center West Palm Beach, FL 33409 Job Overview MonteSol Medical Centers is seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental clinic. The ideal candidate shall be Billingual (English and Spanish) Please don’t apply if you don’t speak Spanish. Candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring the highest standards of patient comfort and safety. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to ongoing professional development. Duties Conduct thorough examinations of patients’ oral health and diagnose dental conditions. Perform a variety of dental procedures including root canal therapy, fillings, extractions, and preventive care. Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures. Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care. Implement infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff. Collaborate with dental hygienists and support staff to provide exceptional patient care. Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities. Skills Proficiency in dental terminology and familiarity with electronic health record systems such as Epic. Strong knowledge of infection control practices within a clinical setting. Experience in pediatric dentistry is preferred, with the ability to work effectively with children. Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients and their families.
