JOB SUMMARY

The key role of the associate dentist is to see routine and emergency patients, performing comprehensive exams with a focus on bringing about an improvement in general and dental health through effective diagnosis and treatment planning. To provide general dental care and, depending on experience and fit, complex dental procedures suited to the level of experience and expertise.

PERFORMANCE STANDARDS

The performance standard is based on patient diagnosis and treatment.

Diagnosis:

perform comprehensive oral exams and care for every patient as you would a loved relative or friend – “family”, with the focus of “making a healthy difference through patient centered dental care” for all patients and their loved ones.

Treatment:

do the best job you can do. We consider your own conscience as your guide. We collaborate on treatment and whenever there is a deficiency on the part of a dental provider, we work together to improve and remedy such deficiencies. The keynotes are our Core Values. There are no other requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

D.D.S. or D.M.D. degree licensed in the State of Florida Approximately 5 years or more dental experience
