ARE YOU THE TRAVELING SPECIALTY DENTAL ASSISTANT OUR TEAM NEEDS?
Ask yourself: Are you passionate about treating patients with the utmost care? Do you have excellent communication skills? If you answered “yes” to these questions and can meet the following requirements, we need you as our Traveling Specialty Dental Assistants! 1+ year(s) of experience working as a Dental Assistant for an Orthodontist, Oral Surgeon, Periodontist, or other dental specialist Experience with IV sedation and drawing blood X-ray certification DA certification Experience working as a dental assistant for a periodontist is preferred but not required .
WHAT VITAL ASSISTANCE DO YOU PROVIDE?
As a Traveling Specialty Dental Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in making our patients feel comfortable and cared for at all four of our locations. Based in St. Pete, you’ll travel 1-3 days per week to Palmetto, Apollo Beach, and/or Fishhawk, working closely with our periodontists. Each day in this assisting role starts with a focus on creating a welcoming environment for our patients. You’ll address their questions and concerns warmly and professionally while assisting the periodontist during procedures. From taking X-rays to preparing and maintaining spotless treatment rooms, your exceptional attention to detail and dedication to providing top-notch dental care will make a lasting impact every step of the way!”
