Full Job Description Now Hiring:

General or Pediatric Dentist – Full-Time | Orlando, FL We’re a thriving pediatric dental practice in Orlando, FL, seeking a full-time General Dentist with pediatric experience or a Board-Certified Pediatric Dentist to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive, patient-centered environment with two established locations in the same city. Open to new grads and experienced providers.

Schedule:

Full Time across two offices

Compensation:

Competitive daily rate guaranteed for the first 3 months Paid as daily rate or percentage of collections , whichever is higher Ongoing compensation based on percentage of collections

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive dental care to children, including exams, fillings, extractions, and preventive treatments Diagnose and treat oral conditions using x-rays and diagnostic tools Administer local anesthesia and sedation as needed Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and post-treatment care Develop individualized treatment plans and perform minor oral surgeries Maintain compliance with all clinical and safety regulations

Qualifications:
