We offer a supportive environment, experienced surgical partners, and a streamlined workflow that allows our restorative dentists to thrive. ⸻ Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and passionate Full-Arch Restorative Dentist to join our dynamic team. This is a 4-day-a-week position, rotating across our high-demand locations. The ideal candidate has a strong background in full-arch prosthetics, excellent chairside manner, and a desire to be part of a collaborative team dedicated to changing lives through smile restoration. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Design and deliver full-arch prosthetic restorations (fixed and removable) Collaborate with oral surgeons and lab technicians Perform patient consultations and restorative planning Ensure high-quality outcomes and patient satisfaction Maintain accurate clinical documentation ⸻ Qualifications DDS or DMD degree from an accredited institution Active state dental license (or ability to obtain) 2+ years of experience with full-arch restorations preferred Proficiency in implant restorations (All-on-4, overdentures, etc.) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to travel between locations as scheduled ⸻ What We Offer Competitive daily rate or percentage of production (negotiable) Consistent patient flow and established referral base In-house lab and digital workflow support Advanced technology: CBCT, intraoral scanners, guided surgery Mentorship and continuing education opportunities Supportive administrative and clinical team ⸻ How to Apply Please send your CV and a brief cover letter
