Job Duties:

Examine, diagnose, prescribe, and carryout services and treatment plans. Collaborate with other providerson referral cases, as well as all other clinical and non-clinicalpersonnel as necessary. Uphold the policy, protocol, and procedureswhich are in compliance with the most current accepted professionalstandards; as well as our commitment to the Dental QualityAlliance. Improving clinical skills and acumen throughparticipation in continuing education and training opportunities(continuing education support is available). Participate in variouscommunity outreach initiatives as necessary.

Requirements:

DDS/DMDfrom a dental education program accredited by the Commission onDental Accreditation. Current, valid license to practice dentistryin state where providing care (License must be in good standing) oreligible for licensure. Other certifications as required by stateto include
