  • DDS/DMD degree, active and unrestricted license in stateof Illinois
  • Clinical knowledge to practice comprehensivedentistry, including diagnosis and treatment of oral health issues

  • Ability to become credentialed with dentalinsurance plans
  • The position will have access to minimum PHInecessary for performing job-related functions; regular HIPAAtraining, aligning with the specific role and responsibilities,will be required; and the individual will need to protect PHI andmaintain data safeguards. It’s a plus if you have
  • New grad toover a year or more of clinical experience
