• Provide comprehensive careacross multiple settings

• Ability to diagnose routine conditions and consult (or refer to)physicians for more complex diagnoses.
• Treat patients byfollowing best practice protocols and consult with physicianleaders if you deem it necessary to modify the care pathways.

• MUST BE ABLE TO WORK IN THE ATLANTA, GA OFFICE

• Master’s degree from an AMA accreditedschool for Advanced Practice Providers.
• Current, active PA or NPlicensure in State of employment is required.
• Internal Medicineor Family Medicine Board Certification (or board eligible)
• Active, non-probationary, unrestricted Georgia State License
• Active DEA license or eligibly to obtain
• 1+ year clinicalexperience in internal medicine or primary care practice setting.
