The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dental care to patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. The Dentist will be responsible for diagnosing and treating various dental conditions while maintaining accurate medical records. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients. Diagnose dental conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans. Conduct dental procedures such as extractions, fillings, and root canals. Utilize medical imaging techniques to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients. Educate patients on oral health, hygiene practices, and preventive care. Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure efficient patient care. Stay informed about advancements in dentistry and incorporate new techniques as appropriate. Adhere to safety protocols and infection control standards within the dental clinic. Qualifications Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. Valid state dental license to practice dentistry. Strong knowledge of anatomy, dental terminology, and medical terminology. Experience with Eaglesoft or similar dental practice management software is preferred. Familiarity with pediatric dentistry is a plus but not required. Ability to perform dental extractions and other surgical procedures as needed. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages. Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
