Overview General Dentist – Covington Elm (Covington Dental Studio) Covington, GA | ???? Full-Time | 32-33% Net Production or $850-$900 Daily Guarantee (Initial Period) Covington Elm is a well-established, fully digital dental practice seeking a General Dentist to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a provider looking for autonomy, a supportive team, and a modern clinical environment. We’re ideally looking for a dentist with 3-4+ years of experience who is confident working independently and is passionate about building strong patient relationships.
Schedule Full-time:
4-5 days per week Friday availability preferred Solo provider setting (must be comfortable working independently) Practice Highlights 7 operatories One dental assistant per doctor column One hygienist with a hygiene assistant PPO-only patient base
Technology:
PrimeScan, 2D pano, intraoral cameras, x-ray arm in every op Newly implemented: Overjet AI diagnostics and SprintRay 3D printer Ideal Candidate 3-4+ years of clinical experience preferred Proficient in bread-and-butter dentistry Strong communication skills to engage and retain patients Willing to commute to Covington, GA Passionate about patient care and continuous learning What We Offer 32-33% of net production 100% practice-paid lab fees $850-$900 daily guarantee for the initial period Sign-on bonus available (at the practice’s discretion) Malpractice insurance (practice-paid) 401(k) with match (Fidelity) Medical, dental, and vision (VSP) insurance for full-time providers Multiple healthcare plans (HDHP and PPO)
