Responsibilities:
Associate dentists provide dental services to patients with their team’s support.
Our practice has:
- DentaPro software
- Digital X-ray and Panorex units
- Fiber-optic handpieces We provide yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency management training.
There is one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants for every provider. Our patient base is primarily ages 3-21, with up to 30% of our patients being adults, depending on the location. The office sees an average of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients per day. We accept state insurance plans, PPOs, and out-of-network payers.

What we offer:
- Guaranteed base pay of $100 per hour
- No lab fees Full-time providers are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA/FSA plans. The company pays for short-term disability, long-term disability, and basic life insurance plans.
- A 401(k) retirement plan The company pays for malpractice insurance.
Paid holidays and time off are also available. Continuing education reimbursements are also available. Continuing education is offered through the ADA Accredited Continuing Education Recognition Program (CERP). The company also reimburses employees for associated licenses, certifications, and professional dues, such as ADA and/or AAPD memberships. Multiple schedule options are available to help maintain a healthy work/life balance. Visa and green card sponsorship is available.
Qualifications:
We expect you to have:
- A DDS or DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- A current, valid license to practice dentistry in the states where you will be providing care, or eligibility for licensure. Other certifications as required, such as CPR and DEA certification.
- Nitrous oxide certification (only in LA, MS, DC, TX, and MA).
