Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive dental services to a diverse patient base, including a significant proportion of children (70% or more) and adults. Collaborate effectively with a dedicated clinical team, including hygienists and dental assistants, to ensure seamless patient flow and exceptional care. Utilize modern dental technology, such as digital X-ray, Panorex units, and fiber-optic handpieces, to deliver high-quality treatments. Actively participate in daily team huddles, contributing to a positive and appreciative workplace culture. Engage in community activities to promote the positive image of accessible dental care.
Requirements:
DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation. Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care, or eligibility for licensure. Other required certifications (e.g., CPR, DEA). Nitrous Oxide certification (if applicable to the state of practice). Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults. Ability to work Friday/Saturday (8 AM – 5 PM) .
