The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, with a focus on preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of various dental conditions. The Dentist will work collaboratively with our dedicated team to ensure a positive patient experience while adhering to the highest standards of dental practice. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients. Diagnose and treat dental issues, including performing procedures such as root canal therapy. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed to maintain a safe environment. Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures. Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care measures. Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to provide seamless patient care. Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities. Skills Strong understanding of infection control practices within a clinical setting. Experience or interest in pediatrics and pediatric dentistry is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and quality of care. The candidate must have at least two years of recent experience to qualify.
