Associate Dentist Pontchartrain Dental 4890 Highway 22, Mandeville, LA 70471 Pontchartrain Dental is a locally-owned, comprehensive, family dental practice located in Mandeville and Slidell, LA. We thrive on building trusted patient relationships while providing leading top-notch, personalized patient care. We are looking for an Associate Dentist to join our Mandeville location! Come join a well-established, privately owned practice that has been around for 30+ years. For the doctor who is the right fit personally and professionally, opportunity to buy-in to the practice. Where? You would primarily support our Mandeville location but there is also opportunity and flexibility to support our Slidell practice. What’s the Schedule? Monday – Thursdays (1 Friday half-day/month) 8 AM – 4 PM Why Join? You would be the primary doctor of our Mandeville location. We provide you access to our extensive patient-base from the start, so you can spend less time worrying about having to build your own patient-base. NO Medicaid or HMO, we have a split between PPO and Fee for Service Support a locally owned small business, a well-established practice in the Mandeville community that’s been around for 30 years. (We are not a corporate dental chain!) Work in an environment that encourages full clinical autonomy with mentorship and support in clinical areas such as dental implants and full-arch surgeries, and also business management. Our practice has 4 modern operatories featuring: Digital x-rays, intra-oral scanner, in-house crown milling (Cerec) and CBCT Invest in your future. For the right fit, there is an opportunity to buy into our practice. What is the pay? Very competitive daily guarantee with unlimited earning potential, 30-33% of adjusted production A performing dentist should expect average of $250,000 annual earnings Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus

Requirements:

DDS or DMD from an accredited school 2 years of experience desired New graduates that are quick-learners, eager, and excellent communicators are welcome to apply! Ability to become credentialed with dental insurance plans Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet the needs of patients Excited to build lasting, trusting relationships with our patients Stellar communication and team leadership skills
