Very competitive daily guarantee with unlimited earning potential, 30-33% of adjusted production A performing dentist should expect average of $250,000 annual earnings Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus

Requirements:

DDS or DMD from an accredited school 2 years of experience desired New graduates that are quick-learners, eager, and excellent communicators are welcome to apply! Ability to become credentialed with dental insurance plans Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet the needs of patients Excited to build lasting, trusting relationships with our patients Stellar communication and team leadership skills Responsibilities Perform general dentistry procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, and extractions. Conduct root canal therapy and other specialized treatments as needed. Fabricate dental appliances and prosthetics to meet patient needs. Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Utilize medical terminology effectively in patient interactions and documentation. Provide pediatric dental care with a focus on creating a welcoming environment for children. Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure efficient patient flow and care delivery. Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care. Experience Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. Proficiency in general dentistry practices and procedures. Familiarity with Epic or similar electronic health record systems is preferred. Strong knowledge of anatomy relevant to dental practice. Experience in patient care with a focus on building rapport and trust with diverse patient populations. Understanding of dental fabrication techniques is advantageous.
