- Patient population/age: Adult & Some Cooperative Pediatrics
EMR:
Dentrix Cases/Procedures:
- Fillings, Crowns, Bridges, Full & Partial Dentures, Root Canals, Simple and Surgical extractions, Invisalign, Hygiene Checks, Implant Placement and Implant Restoration.
- Wave One Rotary system and Invisalign experience is preferred but not required.
- Providers can refer out complex cases as needed.
Patient education and bedside manner is equally as important as the procedures the provider is performing.
Requirements:
Board Certification:
Not required for Dentists
- State license required: Yes
DEA:
Not required but preferred
- Certifications preferred: Invisalign Certification, Nitrous Oxide Certification (if required in the state)
- Certifications required: BLS
- Credentialing Timeframe & requirements: Please allow one week minimum
