We are seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and personable Associate Dentist to join our established practice in Greenfield, MA, on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for a candidate who prioritizes patient care and has a strong commitment to supporting practice growth.

We’re looking for a compassionate and confident Associate Dentist with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. About Our Practice
Over 50 years in business
Patient mix: 35% FFS, 65% Insurance
Active patient base: 5,500-6,000
Average new patients per month: 35
Advanced technology, including Dexis Digital X-rays and Cerec scanner & milling unit
Specialty services: Sleep Apnea, Invisalign, Candid Clear Aligners
Six doctor chairs and five hygiene chairs
Schedule:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 8am-5pm
Qualifications and Skills
4-5 years of clinical experience preferred (GPR/AEGD graduates considered)
Active Massachusetts dental license in good standing
Proficient in all aspects of general dentistry, with a preventive focus
Strong desire for ongoing learning and skill development
Compensation and Benefits
Strong minimum guarantee plus percentage of collections
Generous CE allowance
