This is a unique opportunity for a dentist who is willing to take a hands-on approach—including performing prophylaxis when needed—as part of building a strong, loyal patient base.

What We’re Looking For:
A licensed General Dentist in Massachusetts Willingness to perform hygiene (prophys) in the early stages as your patient base grows Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and building long-term relationships Excellent communication and teamwork skills A growth-oriented mindset with a passion for dentistry
Your Role Will Include:
Providing general dental services including exams, restorative care, and hygiene when necessary Educating patients and presenting treatment plans clearly and confidently Collaborating with our clinical team to ensure seamless patient experiences Taking an active role in building and maintaining your schedule and patient following
