General Dentist
- Leadership Opportunity | Middlesex County, MA A respected and well-established private dental practice in Middlesex County, Massachusetts is seeking a full-time General Dentist with a strong clinical foundation and leadership potential.
This is an ideal role for a dentist looking to expand into a senior-level or future leadership position within a high-quality practice.
Position Highlights:
- Full-time schedule (practice open 5 days/week)
- Seeking a personable and highly skilled provider
- Minimum 5 years clinical experience post-residency required
- Preference for candidates with completed
GPR/AEGD
- Must be licensed and in good standing in the state of MA
- Strong diagnostic, restorative, and comprehensive treatment planning skills
- Emphasis on compassionate patient care and relationship-building
- Interest in mentorship and leadership a major plus
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual earning potential: $225,000
- 325,000+
