Dental Director
The Community Health Center of Cape Cod is hiring a Dental Director to join our exceptional Leadership team within our Integrated Health Center overseeing multiple clinics on Cape Cod. This position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and involves supervision and direction of the delivery of quality-focused Oral Health care services as well as direct patient care. As an Oral Health provider leader at ouranization, you will work closely with our dental providers and support teams, physician leaders, behavioral Health leaders, and administration staff in a team-based approach to patient care.
Additional collaboration and teaching oversight of our student extern programs, including Boston University and Tufts University, with opportunities to grow programming.
D.M.D. or D.D.S. with a current license to practice Dentistry in the State of Massachusetts. Three to five years’ experience with demonstrated leadership roles. The ideal candidate will also have experience in Public Health Dentistry and working with underserved populations as well as EPIC Wisdom EMR!
