• Leading a patient-centric team that respects your clinicaljudgment and leadership

• Conducting comprehensive full mouth exams and diagnosing dentalconditions
• Offering treatment planning options and discussing them withpatients
• Providing high-quality clinical treatments with excellence andefficiency
• Maintaining an awareness of the budget and working inconjunction with Operations team to attain financial objectives
• Mentoring and coaching new dentists and an entire team ofdental professionals
• Keeping abreast of new developments in dentistry throughcontinued education and professional development
• Networking with professional groups, dental associations, anddental societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in thegreater community
• -Qualifications
• Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school
• AspenDental-branded practices are independently owned and operated bylicensed dentists. The practices receive non-clinical businesssupport services from Aspen Dental Management, Inc., a dentalsupport organization
