Orthodontist Simply Smiles Jackson, MS 39206 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Orthodontist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional patient care and expertise in orthodontic treatments. This role involves diagnosing and treating dental irregularities, developing treatment plans, and ensuring the highest standards of patient comfort and satisfaction. The Orthodontist will work closely with a team of dental professionals to deliver comprehensive care to patients of all ages. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments to diagnose orthodontic issues. Develop individualized treatment plans that address each patient’s specific needs. Perform various orthodontic procedures, including but not limited to:

• Dental extractions
• Dental fabrication
• Root canal therapy
• Provide pediatric dentistry services, ensuring a comfortable experience for younger patients.

Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for all patient interactions and treatments. Utilize aseptic techniques to ensure a safe environment for patients during procedures. Collaborate with other dental specialists, such as endodontists, when necessary. Educate patients and their families about treatment options and oral hygiene practices. Skills Proficiency in patient care with a focus on comfort and satisfaction. Strong knowledge of dental extractions, dental fabrication, pediatrics, root canal therapy, and pediatric dentistry. Familiarity with endodontics and the ability to perform related procedures. Excellent patient assessment skills to accurately diagnose orthodontic conditions. Ability to maintain detailed medical records in compliance with regulations. Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients and team members.
