Overview:

In this role, you’ll have an impact on our mission ofSmiles For Everyone by helping patients achieve their best oralhealth. You’ll provide exceptional patient care in a collaborative,supportive environment. We’re also proud to be the second highestranked healthcare provider in the U.S.Schedule (days/hours):

Mon-Thur Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough dental examinations,diagnose oral health issues, and develop treatment plans tailoredto individual patient needs.

Educate patients on proper oral hygienepractices, preventive care, and post-treatment maintenance topromote long-term oral health.

Lead your team, dental assistants,hygienists, and other staff members to ensure smooth patient careand treatment coordination.

Maintain accurate and detailed patientrecords, including treatment plans, procedures performed, andpatient progress.

Stay updated on advancements in dentistry, attendseminars, and pursue ongoing education to provide the latest andbest treatments.

Adhere to ethical and legal standards, followingregulatory guidelines and ensuring patientconfidentiality.

Qualifications:

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) orDoctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dentalschool.

Active state dental license (or in the process ofobtaining).

Compensation:

$150,000-200,000
