The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing high-quality dental care and ensuring patient comfort. You will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of dental issues while maintaining accurate medical records and adhering to all regulatory standards.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A TOP GUN CANDIDATE.

Must have 5 years experience , can do Invisalign, Implant placement an advantage, implant reconstruction required. Our present associate made $340k on the 3 days per week. This is a private, non corporate office that has grown 400 percent over the last 4 years. We do not accept Medicaid or any HMO’s. We have a full time staff of 12 with an additional 5 part time employees. We are considered by Patterson Dental to be in the top 5% in technology- we have Primescan with the Cerec mill and two processing ovens, Erbium laser, 2 Itero 5D scanners, 3d printer, Planmeca large field Conebeam xray unit, Adec equipment with electric motors, and just added AI for radiographic analysis Duties Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health conditions. Provide treatments including, but not limited to, oral surgery, root canal therapy, and general dentistry procedures. Maintain accurate medical records using software such as Dentrix. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and infection control protocols. Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to deliver optimal patient care. Stay updated on advancements in dental technology and techniques. Experience Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. Proven experience in endodontics, general dentistry, and oral surgery preferred. Familiarity with medical terminology and record-keeping practices. Strong understanding of infection control procedures. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients.
