Full time associate needed, preferably leading to partnership. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their treatment. This role requires a strong foundation in general dentistry, excellent patient assessment skills, and the ability to perform various dental procedures with precision and care. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine oral health needs and develop appropriate treatment plans. Perform a range of dental procedures, including but not limited to dental extractions, fillings, and cleanings. Utilize medical imaging techniques to diagnose and treat dental issues effectively. Implement aseptic techniques to ensure a safe and sterile environment for all procedures. Provide exceptional patient care by addressing concerns, educating patients on oral hygiene practices, and following up on treatment outcomes. Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants in four-handed dentistry to enhance efficiency during procedures. Maintain accurate patient records. Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities. Qualifications Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. Valid state dental license to practice dentistry. Strong knowledge of anatomy and general dentistry principles. Experience with pediatrics is a plus but not required.
