They offer clinical support with direct one-on-one mentoring to alltheir Dentist & Specialist. My client allows you to concentrate onyour area of expertise, while others manage patient administrativepaperwork and office staffing. They strive to hire great peoplefrom top to bottom, to ensure efficient flow of daily operations;from the reception area to dental assisting staff. Not only do youhave the freedom to focus on the clinical side of dentistry, butyou have control over treatment plans.

License &Continuing Education Dentist Responsibilities:
Create dentaltreatment plans and coordinate oral health care during patientconsultations. Repair decayed and broken teeth through restorationtechniques, potentially extract teeth, and restore edentulousareas. Adhere to all federal and government regulations, includingthe state dental board rules and regulations. Provide leadershipand direction to clinical support staff in all areas of patienttreatment.
Qualifications:
DDS or DMD degree Previous experiencepreferred, but more than willing to bring on those recent/soon tobe college graduates.
