Compensation & Incentives:

• Year 1: Guaranteed base salary of $350,000

• Bonus:

  37.5% of net collections over $1 million

• Year 2 and beyond: 37.5% of net collections

Responsibilities:

• Integrate effectively into the local community in Charlotte,North Carolina, while bringing advanced surgical expertise to ouresteemed team.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, a genuine passionfor patient care, and a strong commitment to continuous learning toenhance service excellence.
• Meet the necessary requirements, including holding a DDS or DMDdegree, completing an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery certificationfrom ADA-accredited programs, and maintaining a valid dentistrylicense in North Carolina.

Qualifications:

• Candidates applying for the position in Charlotte, NC, US mustpossess a DDS or DMD degree to be considered eligible.
• Successful completion of an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgerycertification from ADA-accredited programs is a mandatoryrequirement for this role.
• Holding a valid dentistry license in the state of NorthCarolina is essential for applicants seeking this position.
